Sanctuary House Adoptions, Inc was founded by one African-American Christian woman who had a vision and a calling to increase the number of African American families opening up their heart and home for the children lost in the maze called the Child Welfare System.
Paula Clements, MSW, LSW has over 19 years of human service experience working with both adults and children. She brings a wealth of knowledge obtained through formal education. She is a licensed social worker and has been working in the adoption field since the summer of 1995.
In addition to her formal education, she has gained extensive personal and professional experience interacting with people acrss all social, economic and racial lines.
Paula is married and is the mother of two young ladies. She is looking forward to sharing her insights and experiences with the many families who will come forward to parent the children who are lost in the welfare cycle.
